Our Story

E&K Cookies is based in Melbourne, FL where it officially opened in September of 2020.

It unofficially opened in 2010 when my Uncle Barry handed me a five-dollar bill and requested one batch of Peanut Butter Blossoms. I immediately told my sister Kara, who was the mastermind behind many of our greatest plans as kids, and I could see the wheels start turning in her head. Five dollars for one batch of cookies was such a good deal and who could say no to two cute little girls. E&K Cookies was unofficially a business!

Kara and I sold hundreds of cookies to friends, family, local businesses, or anyone that had 5 bucks. We continued this scheme until we went our separate ways to pursue college degrees.  I received my culinary degree in baking and pastry arts while Kara received a Bachelors in Sports Management and a Masters in Business Administration. 

2020 came around and due to the global pandemic,  I was unable to find work and was encouraged by those same friends and family to bring E&K Cookies back to life. When I began brainstorming names for my new cookie business, I kept coming back to where it all began.  

E&K Cookies is now happily serving those in Brevard County, FL with occasional delivery to Tampa, FL. Our menu is constantly growing, and custom orders are always welcome. We love our customers and are excited to serve you!
